Breakfast RoomBreakfast Room

Every effort has been taken to restore this room to its former glory, including original artwork and antique furniture. This room also has lovely views out to Loch Earn. Enjoy breakfast with our other guests at the large oak dining table.

ReceptionBreakfast

Our delicious cooked breakfasts consist of quality produce sourced locally. All of the meat coming from David Comrie Butchers in the neighbouring village of Comrie

Breakfast will be served from 8.15am to 9.00am. Breakfast out with these times may be possible by prior arrangement.

Please note: It is essential that guests with specific dietary requirements inform us in advance of their stay as we are in a remote location and it is difficult to source specific items at short notice.

Lochview  is a more modern and newly decorated extension to the main house. It has one king size bedroom, bathroom and open plan kitchen/dining/living area. The accommodation is upside down to allow you to appreciate the amazing views of the loch from the lounge windows. One well behaved dog is welcome however it will not be allowed in the bedroom.

These delightful properties enjoy an enviable location on the banks of Loch Earn and sit in the middle of our beautiful conservation village, close to all local amenities. Our private foreshore also awaits you ,where you can fish for trout ( with a permit from the village shop) launch a water craft, or simply sit and relax.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide wheelchair access due to the age and layout of the properties.

Onsite private parking is available for cars, motorbikes and bicycles.

Both properties are non-smoking establishments. Dogs cannot be accommodated in Lochearnside.
